課程概述(Crouse Description) 

「生活中的中醫養生智慧」以「中醫養生學」課程內容，再結合與人們在地生活習習相關的中醫藥議題，整合與調整成符合大眾化、在地化和生活化特點的課程。課程主題包含：中醫由古至今歷史轉變、與個人相關的體質學說、日常生活保健的穴位按摩、刮痧、拔罐、溫灸與藥浴，到民以食為天的養生方藥和藥膳，以及舒壓健體的保健運動。一系列完整的內容架構，讓大眾從日常開始進行中醫養生保健。

教學目標(Crouse Objectives)

1. 瞭解中醫養生概念由古至今的歷史轉變 
2. 認識自我的中醫體質與養生 
3. 瞭解中醫經絡與穴位知識 
4. 應用中醫按摩、刮痧拔罐、溫灸和藥浴等方法來養生 
5. 瞭解中醫養生方藥和藥膳 
6. 學習中醫太極拳和八段錦動作技巧來養生
